Tony Abbott had better decide who his constituents are. The big end of town may have the money but not the votes and of late have not given much of that money to the Liberals.
Gillard may have messed up the school building program but she is the first minister to force the schools to toe the line of testing,curriculum and quality of teaching.
The new tax on mining seems fair and I think necessary. Whatever Abbott and the Greens say.
The Australian economy,is still like that of the E.U.,dependent on building,housing and infrastructure for masses of migrants. Manufacturing must be taken back from the Chinese if we are to have the quality of employment needed by an advanced civilisation. We will not recover from this recurring depression until we do!
If Gillard goes ahead with the E.T.S. that will finish us and nothing else that she has done or will do,will matter.
