World government by the U.N. and the International Criminal Courts (ICC) is again being pushed by interested parties.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton wanted the Sri Lankan government to negotiate with the terrorist organisation, the Tamil Tigers, the setting up of a Tamil state covering one third of Sri Lanka.
Quite a large part of Serbia,Kosovo, was surrendered to Muslim terrorist invaders from Albania by the U.N. and America.
Hillary Clinton supports the Argentinian claim to the Falkland Islands, the last piece of British investment in South America. Britains vast assests in South America were plundered by the U.S.A. during the Second World War to pay for antiquated destroyers and other arms as Britain fought alone the full force of Nazi Germany and subjugated European industry.
U.N. secretary general Ban Ki-moon announced to a review conference of the international criminal court that “the old era of impunity is over”. The Guardian Weekly,18-24 June 2010,p.20,“The ICC weak in the face of impunity”.
Ban Ki-moon,America and the E.U. are trying to make governments under attack as well as terrorists liable for so called war crimes committed by both sides during the fighting. The U.N. and World Courts will decide what is a war crime and in the cases of Rwanda,Kosovo and Sri Lanka the Human Rights industry and World Courts were more interested in trying the victims rather than the terrorists.
The I.C.C.’s task is to decide those bearing the greatest responsibility for the greatest crimes against humanity and try them.
The stated objectives is “to provide at least some form of justice to the greatest number of victims.” It is impracticable,an estimatedf 120,000 suspects are still awaiting trial in Rwanda. Only Serbs have been tried not Muslims in Kosovo and Sri Lanka with the help of China will try their own terrorists in secret.
The real intention of the U.N. and the E.U. is to take away the power of the states to resist terrorism and force states like Sri Lanka and Serbia to negotiate and agree to the demands of the terrorists. In Ban Ki-moons’words the desire to make the transition from conflict to lasting peace,“Where a culture of impunity is allowed to take root, violence is rewarded and the institutions and rule of law are undermined”.
I do not trust the Law or Left-wing lawyers. The Serbs will never forgive Kosovo and Sri Lanka has resisted the creation of a Tamil state in their country. Decisions like this need an army to implement them and that means either the major powers like America, bombing the Serbs into submission or the U.N. having it’s own army.
That seems to me the ultimate tyranny which will almost certainly be followed by crippling taxation for the benefit of the staff at the U.N.,an army of lawyers and the third world.
Life is hard enough without a rapacious U.N. and the rule of the majority is more democratic than the rule of law,get rid of the U.N. China,America and India will still do what they want.
