Australian Divorce Laws Devised to Cut Down the Institution of Marriage and Gut Men

Retiring Family Court judge Paul Guest caused a storm with his criticism of property settlement laws robbing talented spouses (The Weekend Australian,3-4,May 2008 p. 1). The “usual”50-50 split in assets robs talented spouses and dumbs down family law. A flood of criticism of this sensible claim came from the lawyer-class.
The Family Law Act,the brain child of Fabian socialist Lionel Murphy has been devastating to men. It set into motion the present trend of high divorces. I view the law as a product of the society and social forces that produce it. This law came to reinforce the feminist revolution and emasculate men. The body of law and the society that produced it are flawed and in need of replacement.
