“On Dec. 1st. 1997 Foreign Minister,Alexander Downer addressed journalists at the Canberra Press Club,confirming that the Howard government was committed to ‘globalising’Australia. The hidden message to the new-style journalists was to go out and ‘sell’the idea to the public. So just what is ‘globalism’,now that the sentence has been pronounced on the Australian people”. “At one level it can mean increased cooperation between independent self-governing nations for a more peaceful and ecologically sustainable world. On the other hand it can mean the political,legal,economic and social integration of all the nations of the world into a global order of “independent member states”under one world government;an expanded United Nations.”

A decade later Alexander Downer,no longer Foreign Minister,writes in the Advertiser,4.8.08,p.19,his views on the New World Order.
“Things are certainly different. America is no longer the paramount World Power. That position has changed. Downer believes that the major developing countries India,China and to a lesser extent Brazil,want a fresh kind of Global consensus which more directly takes into account what they perceive to be their interests”.
“For too long,they think,the Europeans and the Americans have had it their way.”World government is no longer possible,India and China will never accept bondage to the U.N. after bondage to the European Empire. Even the European World Court will have to be relocated to India or China. Europe’s and America’s claim to moral and ethical dominance will not survive the transference of industrial power to Asia.
Downer still promotes free trade,but globalism has left us little to sell except our countries and our mines. The Lima Agreement stripped the West of it’s industry.
Downer knows that the massive carbon tax hikes so favoured in Australia and Europe will mean the rest of our industry will move to China and India.
Agriculture will be the only industry left to the West and Downer and many Europeans would give that to the Third World.
On climate change,Downer says we need to be thinking about enormouse investment in research to find economic alternatives to carbon emitting technologies. Why should we? the white population of the earth is collapsing as children are no longer fashionable. There is no future for the white race. Let the Indians,Chinese and Africans foot the bill for their survival.

All four agencies that track Earth’s temperature,(The Hadley Climate Research Unit in Britain,The NASA Goddard Institute for space studies in New York,the Christy group at the University of Alabama and Remote Sensing Systems Inc. of California) report that it cooled by about 0.7 C in 2007. This is the fastest temperature change in the instrumental record and puts us back where we were in 1930.
