Rudd,Australian Prime Minister has a strong Pro-China bias.

(The Weekend Australian,May 3-4 2008)

As I have said before China needs to secure her mineral resources and also her food supply and a gradual take over of Australian mining companies and farms would be the answer to her problems.

An article by Greg Sheridan (The Weekend Australian May 3-4 2008) shows just how pro-Chinese Rudd is seen in Asia.

India,Japan and even America are not sure of Rudd’s foreign policy after Australia pulled the plug on the quadrilateral dialogue between Australia,America,India and Japan after complaints from China, which is arming as fast as it can and has it’s own group,The Shanghai Co-operation Organisation which includes Russia and several Central Asian powers.

Rudd does not like India and yet she is the only large power in the region capable of counter balancing China.

The Australian government has advised China to shelve mine deals (The Australian,25.4.08,p.1.) but Rudd knows that most Australians are not ready for a take over by China yet.

Rowan Callick (The Australian,21.4.08) suggests in his article that the Chinese are told something different; Her people seem to believe that Rudd is a true friend and will help them take over Australia.

China’s Agriculture Ministry is developing a policy to encourage farming companies to invest overseas, including Australia,as China runs out of land. Xie Guoli,a senior trade promotion official with the ministry said,“Australia is rich in land and China is rich labour”.
