Our good friend China poses no threat to Australia,or so all our politicians keep on telling us,but that is not what Europe thinks.
Europeans regard China as a bigger threat to global stability then the U.S.,Iran or North Korea.
A survey by the Financial Times showed an average of 35% of voters in Britain,France,Germany,Spain and Italy saw China as the biggest threat to global stability compared with 29% who thought the same of the U.S.
In Italy 47% of voters named China as the biggest threat up from 26% last year. French voters up to 36% from 22%,Germant 35% from 18%,Britain 27% from 16%,only communist Spain thought America a greater threat up 41% from 28%.
