Left wing socialists are pro-Muslim and apologists for terrorism and so too are many of our Judges.

There is no doubt that Left wing socialists are sympathetic to Muslims.

Socialists in Canada,England,Spain, the Netherlands,France,Germany and Belgium all have close ties with Muslim groups and see them as allies in class warfare

To the socialists globalisation is a means of world conquest and one thing they do not believe in is democracy. History tells us that democratic rulers can and do become tyrants and the Russian Oligarchs, after the fall of communism, were the latest people to attempt this using Yeltsin as the cats paw.

The U.S.A.,England,Europe and Australia all supported the Russian Oligarchs. They all wanted Russia to lose the ability to resist the invasion of Western big business and the plunder of Russian resources.

The Australian Liberal party supports International Corporations taking over the world. The question is where does Australian Labor stand? on the side of the Oligarchs or the Muslims. The Australian Attorney-General,Robert McClelland, would seem to be on the side of Islam (The Australian,Jan. 26-27,2008,p.3). He says Labor will “Change the Tone”of the public discourse on terrorism to rebuild bridges with marginalised Islamic communities.

In an interview with the Australian Mr. McClelland said,“the Howard governments often inceniary rhetoric on terrorism had provoked judicial blowback within the legal system contributing to the failure of high-profile prosecutions such as former medical student Izhar Ul-Haque and Gold Coast doctor Mohamed Haneef.

Mr. McClelland continues,“I think there is some indications of that,in those decisions”.

Mr. McClelland said there was widespread reluctance within the legal community to accept the legitimacy of some of the counter-terror laws, despite the fact they enjoyed bi-partisan support and had been endorsed by the States and Territories.

Mr. McClelland cited comments by judges in Ul-Hague and Haneef cases,I think you’ll see that the judiciary is applying,as they appropriately should, very strict constrictions of quite severe legislation.

In August last year Michael Kirby criticised his fellow judges on the High Court after they ruled the interim control order placed on Melbourne man Jack Thomas was not unconstitutional.

Mr. McClelland said Justice Kirby’s views were reflected by a “substantial element of the legal profession”. He also said that Labor remained committed to holding a judicial inquiry into the matter and predicted one outcome could be the creation of a liaison officer whose job is to reconcile the activities of the AFP,the Intelligence Services and the DPP in future investigations. Finally Labor would adopt a more inclusive approach to the Muslim community.

The first question is why did the Howard government say nothing about the verdicts? The next is,can the judiciary ever claim to be unbiased again? And last of all,who rules Australia the judiciary or Parliament.

Pauline Hanson was a political prisoner. The police must have been ordered by the Queensland government to concoct a case against her and a judge to convict her. She was lucky someone gave her money for a successful appeal and some honest judges threw the conviction out.

Now the Labor government will control the police and intelligence services and Australia will be a police state.

If the Liberal party does not take this up and demand all judges are in future vetted by parliament on a regular basis it will be safer to live in Russia or even China than Australia. Do not expect protection from the law or unbiased courts from now on.

Cronulla was another instance where the state supported Muslims against Australians. The police only beat up white teenagers not the Muslims.

Australians had better support people like Hanson or flee to Russia. It is safer to live under Putin than a corrupt Australian police force and Labor states.

This interview with McClelland suggest that Labors’policy on migrants and Muslims will at least be as radical as any implemented by Blair or Brown in England. Will representatives of the Bar now sit in cabinet to ensure all laws have the approval of the judiciary?

Will the proposed liaison officer be in fact a commissar making sure that no friends of the government, including radical Muslims, are brought before the courts?

It is easy to see why McClelland gave this interview,he must be very confident that with most of the judiciary extreme left, the new Rudd government will always be backed by the courts in any challenge to legislation, however radical, and getting rid of the Queen as head of state would ensure that Labor remains in power until a revolution topples it from office.

No democracy can survive pro-active courts and police force.

It is easy to see why the army takes a hand in the game in such places as Fiji,Thailand,Pakistan, the Middle East and Africa. In the end the judicisary and police may have the argument, the Army the heavy weapons.
