Our arrogant pro-active judges

Our judicial system would seem to be full of Left wing ideologues keen to use every opportunity to impress their left wing views by overturning laws passed by the representatives of the people in parliament.
Either the Federal police and ASIO are completely inept and need a complete rebuilding or like in the Netherlands our Left wing judges support Islam and find excuses to overturn the law.
Most of our judicial system says it doesn’t like our new anti-terrorist laws and that is probably why most cases brought against people accused of terrorism fail.
The Australian says (14/11/04,pg 15) that our terror laws are vital to our protection.
Adam Hruda lawyers for Mr Ul-Haque and others facing terror charges,is an outspoken critic of Australia’s terror laws. However Mr Hauda also claims that Australia is facing a terror threat only because of our involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan.
That is it is all our fault. As with judicial interference in attempts by the immigration departments to deport illegal immigrants the governments fail to act against progressive judges. We must assume that the government wants the praise for strict laws without the odium from the Left by attacking Left wing judges. The government must decide who is to be deported,not the judiciary.
