Brent Lohman was convicted of the crime of riot but appealed against the verdict.
In the NSW District Court judge Chris Geraghty dismissed the appeal and found the violent and racist actions of Lohman and others like him were an affront to the nation.
Judge Geraghty called the Cronulla riot “a disgraceful act burst of brainless bigotry and poisonous racism”.
Judge Geraghty was not elected to his position by the people and only an arrogant pro-active judge would claim that right to speak for them.
Geraghty obviously supports a Muslim take over of Australia as he demands that white men and women just accept harassment and molestation on Cronulla beach by people of Middle Eastern appears when it is obvious that police have been told not to interfere.
If Judge Geraghty had been anything but Pro Muslim he would have ordered the police to stop the provocation by the Middle East people when he gave his verdict.
Yes,that unelected judge is an affront to the nation for two reasons:1 –He doesn’t have the right to speak for us.2 –If he understood the public sentiment,he would have acknowledged the years of anti-social behaviour by Lebanese/Muslims and police inaction that led to this.
However it isn’t the court’s job to deal with anything but the legality of things really…What is needed is for the Police to pull their finger out and do something if something needs to be done. I wouldn’t,however,put Muslims down as the only troublemakers in the area. You might be surprised as to the results some of my research into this has yielded.
