Patricia Karvelas praised Rudd because he spoke Mandarin to the Chinese President. She quotes Sol Lebovic,former Newspoll managing director,who said,‘images of him meeting with Bush and Hu Jintao were gold’. Well that is his view but to me Bush’s embago and his talk with Rudd gives me cause for concern and what did Rudd say in Chinese to the Chinese President? Did he offer unrestricted access for Chinese migrants to Australia,after all Rudd is New Labor and in England New Labor allowed in unlimited numbers of Asians and Africans.
It is easy to see where Lebovic stands when he says that Downers’claim that his ability to speak French makes him a man of the past whereas Rudds’Mandarin embodied the future! So we are to become Chinese.
From Hawke and Keating to now Rudd and New Labor,Australia is being made a satelite of China. Expect a mass influx of Chinese to counter Muslim immigrants when Rudd takes power.
If Rudd was anything more that a straw diplomat he would know that no head of state speaks in a foreign language to a visiting potentate.
