The South African answer to lack of police action against murderers,thieves and rapists

The end of apartheid was not the end of black crime in South Africa.  In fact in the African townships it are now out of control.  The police were ineffective under white rule and they are no better now that their government is black.  Liberal whites cower behind their razor wire and blame poverty.  The poor suffering blacks who are the victims have decided that they have had enough.  They form impromptu lynch mobs and hunt down these criminals.

A study released last month shows deaths in vigilante attacks have increased 184 per cent in the past year.  The Independent Complaints Directorate said the attacks were increasing at an “alarming rate”.

Arrests for lynching rarely result in conviction.  Few witnesses come forward and sympathies are usually overwhelmingly with the accused.

Why are not all our Left-wing Human Rights lawyers going to South Africa to protect these poor disadvantaged murderers,rapists and thieves from the anger of their victims?

England in the 18th Century made such lynch mobs legal.  Faced with marauding gangs in London,the Government outlawed them.  That is made them fair game for any citizen who saw them.  They could kill them on sight.
